Pros:
The pick up and drop off processes were super fast and friendly. I am not used to driving European cars and they answered a few questions that I felt were...lets say "basic", without making me feel like an idiot. The man at the vehicle return was very nice as well and informed me where the nearest gas station was so that I could fill up and return quickly before my reservation expired and I would have to pay for the gas refill.8.0 Very Good

Pros:
The pick up agent is slow and unfair. She charged us for 2nd driver without our consent. Also, it took her over one hour to complete the process yet our pick up time started as soon as we talked.Cons:

Car was what we expected and we were able to get in and out of the Avis counter pretty quickly. At the end, we dropped off the keys in the dropbox, which was convenient. Drop-off is 24/7.4.8 Mediocre

Cons:
When I arrived, the car I booked wasn't available. The car they replaced it with was too small for our group, so we were stuck cramped in a tight space and having to shuttle back and forth for our whole trip. I asked for full insurance coverage and only received basic coverage. Now they say there is a small scratch on the bumper and have charged 850 euros to my credit card for the damage. This has been an absolute nightmare.keddy by Europcar

The staff were very friendly and the drop off was was also goodCons:
The car was rubbish - I plugged my phone into the USB to use google maps and it continually crashed and kept reverting back to the existing nav system in the car. Then the USB went dead completely. The drivers window did not close properly and at speed made a noise. When closed it would open again and the same process repeat. I had requested a Golf but got instead a Ford focus...not ideal for German roads...I won't accept this again - I should have been more stern...AutoEurope
