Pros:
I think I was upgraded to a full size vehicle (Ford Taurus) from the compact car I originally requested, without any additional cost. I appreciate how Enterprise has a key drop off for after hour drop offs. I've rented from this Enterprise several times and have never had an issue.Cons:

They weren't open at the time of my rental so I was unable to pick up the car. My pick up was booked for 3 and I arrived at 3:03 and they were closed.Thrifty

Cons:
Drop off location had no customer parking they were clearing snow at noon when it should be done in off hours, I had to walk through freezing cold weather and the staff were in professional and tried to charge more than the rental contract.
