We had no problems, shuttle from airport to hotel is fantastic, just wish they had a shuttle to downtown or nearest subway station. Rooms and decor needs to be updated and breakfast should have more options and changed up at times. But for the purpose we used it for, it did the job.

Great value hotel. If not concerned about older decor this works. Staff at front of house was excellent, room clean, a/c very good, beds comfortable, breakfast well organized for what you are paying ( just the basics ). Overall would stay again.

Pros (+) Room was clean and was as expected. The staff was nice.
Cons (-) AC/Heated covers were off the units and they were all covered in dust. The unit in the bedroom would not adjust or turn off. It was freezing. I had to unplug it. The toilet was a bit difficult, but ultimately worked.

In that respect, it was perfect -- convenient to the airport, but quiet at night, with comfortable beds. The location across from the Assembly Outlets was excellent for our purposes. We only had one full day (two nights) and wound up spending our whole stay at the outl...
Cons (-) The breakfast was pathetic, definitely your cheap-motel-off-the-highway-exit fare. If it had truly been a CHEAP motel off the highway exit, I wouldn't have complained -- but for 200 bucks a night, honestly, you'd expect something better. By comparison, we stayed at a Hilton in downtown Amsterdam for 200 EUROs a night (so maybe 20% more expensive) -- but with a breakfast that was light years better...

Cons (-) The hotel smelled heavily of cigarette smoke despite being a nonsmoking hotel. The mattresses were old and broken down. There was trash littering the hallway that was never picked up during our stay. The hotel shuttle took nearly an hour to pick us up at the airport and when we left, we had to wait for quite awhile to take the shuttle back because they would only make trips at the top of the hour....
