Cons:We stayed three nights and had to go to the office for new key cards six or seven times because they quit working. The free breakfast was pretty sorry but the restaurant next door was inexpensive and delicious. Our room were clean enough but our parents room was dirty and there was vomit sitting outside their door. But they got shampoo-we had to go buy some not knowing it was included. We stayed in the inside section and smokers stood puffing by every exit. Right. By. The. Exit. Doors. One last thing-the "security door" at the very end never needed the requested key card-it wouldn't lock. This place has so much going for it like location, building set up and both outdoor and inside (not accessible) pool that it's a shame it isn't better run.

Cons:they need more help on the grounds, there were many cigarette butts where we parked are car. some flower beds needed watering. a slight Oder at one entrance to the enclosed rooms

Cons:The room was disgusting with mold, dead bugs, dirty showers and floors, stain on comforters, dirty Windows...the list goes on the room was dirty gross. At check in the attendant was please to tell me we had been upgraded to a nice family suite like it was a good thing. Turns out it's just two adjacent rooms m, one with beds one without having a love seat, chair, desk, "kitchenette". The photos online of the facilities are all faked. The repair and upkeep of the room was terrible, mismatch paint splotches on the walls, wall cutouts left partially open, doors were unpainted or not stained. Mostly you get the feel the owners/management have a low standard of living and cleanliness to be offering accommodations.

Pros:easy to deal with. No hidden surprises. The room was clean and free of smells. Affordability was the best. Overall very pleased and will use this facility again.
Cons:The only thing was the building entrances were trashy. A cigarette butt receptacle would help and have someone pick up trash at the entrances..

Pros:The area has a ton of good food places (cracker barrel included), it's not to far off from Benton Harbor along with a lot of nice little tourist attraction shops. The room was really clean and the staff was really friendly. There really wasn't one thing I didn't enjoy from this place
Cons:I really only didn't enjoy the channel selection from the "premium" channels on it. There was only about 10 or so and half of them were sports (not that it's bad or anything) but still a variety would have been nice.
