Never ever will book on kayak through TravelRue. Ended up on hold with agents for over an hour on arrival because the credit card TravelRue gave the hotel was rejected. It was handled very poorly after traveling 14 hours. Hotel was accommodating and empathetic. Travel agency was horrible. Should have resolved it without keeping me on hold.
