Room was clean but clearly pretty run down. Main area where breakfast was served was also pretty run down, could use some newer/not broken tables and chairs and for the breakfast area to be cleaner

We traveled to Tallahassee for FSU's family weekend. Hotel demand in the area was high as a result and there were literally no rooms. We were grateful that we were able to book a room in the city and understood we were choosing a budget hotel. However, the room was moldy. The bedding was damp. Pros (+) The only positive thing about this hotel was the channel selection.
Cons (-) The room had a serious bug problem. Once the lights went off a huge cockroach appeared on the door. After killing it I decided to sleep with the lights on in hopes it would prevent others from appearing. In the morning I noticed many other types of bugs. One looked like a small beetle and many other small spiders.

Pros (+) Liked the rate and the location in reference to what I was doing in Tallahassee! Close to health food market, restaurants, shopping, but far enough away from the traffic of Tallahassee. Good enough, but probably won't choose it if with my family.
Cons (-) The breakfast offered was good BUT the hard boiled eggs I grabbed were OLD as wel as the "fresh" strawberries, but that was it overall!

Cons (-) No nightstands, lamps, chairs. There were no privacy curtains on windows, only sheer curtains.

Pros (+) Room was clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) Check-in tool forever and they couldn't find me at first. I asked for a late check out but it wasn't noted so I got woke up earlier than I wanted to and the front desk staff who called me after I didn't open the door for house keeping was rude.
