Pros (+) Rooms were spacious and clean. The atrium is gorgeous and inviting. Staff was friendly and restaurant was good.
Cons (-) Couldn't sleep more than a few hours due to hearing the interstate through the closed balcony doors.

Pros (+) What I liked best is the shower. The water was nice and hot.
Cons (-) The bathroom was not working properly, but offered to relocate or fix it. I was on my way to important meeting and the bathroom was fixed. It was a minor inconvenience, but it was resolved quickly.

Cons (-) I found some odd kind of little insects crawling around on the desk in the living room area. The fridge couldn't be used because it reeked so bad. My daughter wouldn't use the quilt because the padding was so old it was falling apart inside and was in small pieces and looked dirty. From the outside the hotel looks nice, however, don't be fooled.
