Cons:very noisy during the night
Pros:Clean, comfortable room with nice amenities. Conveniently located not far from the highway (but far enough to eliminate traffic noise) and next to Hot Springs State Park. One of the better complimentary breakfasts to be had.
Cons:Lack of elevator and open-air hallways (but that at least face a fenced courtyard, so no security concerns there) are very slight annoyances, but such things are the price you pay for staying in a beautiful old building.
Pros:Historic building in lovely state park. It has been tastefully updated and restored. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and really enjoyed it
Cons:no restaurant but there is one across the street so it is really no problem
