Pros (+) Food was excellent, one of the two pools was nice and clean
Cons (-) NOTHING like the photos or description advertised - loads of facilities that they list don't exist (no seating area in your room if booking a Heritage Premium, no grocery store, only 1 restaurant not 3, no indoor pools, no fitness facilities, the list goes on). We insisted on changing rooms when the first one we offered was tiny and the bathroom was outside (meaning there was a gecko in our shower...
