I liked that the hotel served mainly individuals on business. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. There are some great restaurants in the hotel and a great a garden.
A tour of the hotel would be great since it's such a big place. It took me until the end of the trip to figure out how to get around easier.
The great service and facilities.
We thought the food in some of the restaurants was average for the price.
The breakfast buffet was delicious. There was a wide variety of superb food. The view was fantastic. The fitness center was well equipped.
Good central location for exploring the city with 4 different metro stops nearby. Nice view from the room as well as the breakfast room at the 42nd floor.
Staff was very discreet and kind (in a japanese way). The hotel is really well placed near a big station of metro (several lines here) 2 minutes walk away.
I found a little bit miser not to give free internet access (I always find this a pity) at this price.
Breakfast was good
