The Lawnswood is a Victorian house, situated in a quiet street just off the main road into Torquay. The house comprises a dining room and six bedrooms. All bedrooms are en-suite, with TV/DVD player (plenty of DVD's to choose from) free beverage making facilities, sewing kit, shoe shine and a hair dryer, ironing facilities are available. On the ground floor are the dining room and a double bedroom. The rest of the accommodation is a Family, Treble, Twin, Double with King size bed, Double and a single are on the first floor. We are a few minutes walk from the Riviera Conference Centre, the seafront and the Princes Theatre. A comfortable ten minute stroll will take you to the town centre, harbour and the main shopping area. Also in this area are a variety of pubs, clubs and restaurants to suit all tastes. We are on the main bus routes to Paignton, Brixham and Dartmouth. There is also a ferry to Brixham/Darmouth from Torquays main pier.
