Cons:

You should have told us before that Revolut and Maestro are not accepted, only Visa. Also we didnt know about the deposit and that the person who drives needs to be the holder of the card. It was a really stressful time picking up the car, we spend like 1H30

Cons:

Staff didn't want to come and check car with me and expected me to sign for car without it being checked together when I collected it, there was no one to accept car back, we had car cleaned just before dropping it off in airport car park to be sure there was no damage at 5am, sixt staff turned up to work at 8am and emailed me tell me that car has a scratch down the side and they are going to bill me for it. Cannot believe any car hire company anywhere is run like this

Everything except that they asked me for an International driving permit when i was getting the car. It was not specified when I booked the car. They got me to buy 50$/day insurance because I don't have international driving permit.

They did not give me a car, because they only give cars to EU citizens and it was not mentioned anywhere on kayak or rentalcars during the booking.

The address listed in the confirmation was not the address for the pickup point at the Rzeszow airport. The signage at the drop off point was very poor. I walked around for 20 minutes looking for a place to drop the keys

I had received a car with a faulty engine. The car was brand new but somehow the engine would shut off while I was driving and then turn on 5 seconds later. This was not just a fuel efficiency feature but rather something wrong with the engine. Other than that the car was fine to drive but would recommend get a slight used car as there could be problems with new ones.

I showed up to pick up the rental car and they were closed. Was unable to get the car and I even paid in advance. No response from Car Net customer service.

I cancelled the trip . It was the worst experience ever . The car Rental location was in unsigned area of the Town in kind of warehouse with dirty wedding gowns and stack of empty plastic bottles. The website I place the order did nit have option for automatic car. I cancelled with option free cancel elation on website , next prompted screen indicate that cancellation cost over 56 USD.Your company in Poland is terrible like the worst example of kind of Russian mafia companies

Pros:

The car was excellent, fun to drive and arrived in great condition.

Cons:

It took about 20 minutes between completing paperwork and checking the car. Also was charged full deposit for damage to the tire and slight damage to the rim- I accept full responsibility, but take care when using this company/method for renting.
