Homey atmosphere, comfortable rooms and loved the hot tub.
Room was clean, nice large king sized bed, coffee and frig in room.
The breakfast wasen't very good, went and got bananas and cereal to eat in our room.
Nice whirlpool, very quiet in the room hallways.
Our room was on the second floor with no elevator,a bit of a challenge getting the suitcases in the room for us senior citizens. Also microwave ovens are pretty much standard in the rooms of the other hotel we stayed at.
Front desk staff were not add polite as one would expect for guest service staff, making me and 2 other wait without even acknowledging us. Rain entered room from outside door.Hoop in pool was moldy and deteriorating. Shower switch was broken
Nice pool and sauna.. Very spacious
Appearance, courteous staff, accommodating and clean.
Comfortable beds, free breakfast, very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.
It was affordable
Not very clean. Fan was loud. Noise level was loud.
The rooms around the pool smell like chlorine. I asked to switch to a room with windows facing outside.
The outside door was very cold and drafty. The frame was covered in frost, had to go what we could to try to block the draft
Rented 2 rooms, was able to get rooms near each other.
Rooms were very dated, need upgrading. HVAC was noisy. Pool and public space was small, not very well maintained. Continental breakfast had minimal choices.
The location and the breakfast was ok.
Very noisy. All noise in the hallway and through the walls is very easily heard through the room. Had to call front desk to get people to quiet down in the room next to us. The sheets on one bed had blood stains and the towels were very rough feeling.
Beds were great slept perfectly
Away from everything
great customer service. restaurant in the hotel was good as well. they put me in a handicap room which i did not understand but it worked out because i ended up spraining my ankle.
The beds were very comfortable.
We were charged an extra ten dollars plus tax because we needed two beds in the room instead of a king size. There was light all around our door from the hallway at night. It was very near the livestock market and the smell was strong. Rude staff.
Weekend breakfast buffet was quite the deal.
No elevator. But the folks behind the desk offered to take my bag upstairs for me.
Room was clean, beds were comfotable, grandchild enjoyed the pool, the staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was exceptional. Minerva's restaurant was convenient and the food was good.
THE NOISE LEVEL ON THE SATURDAY NIGHT KEPT ME UP PART OF THE NIGHT
When I asked for another blanket the person who brought it to our door was very kind and polite.
I did not get very much sleep because of the people next door. When I called the front desk in the middle of the night to ask them to take care of the noise, I had to call twice because know one answered. Very noisy hotel.
We had a very nice breakfast and the room was well supplied and clean.
We didn't like that our room was very noisy from it sounded like a hot water heater or something. Was dissappointed that the restraunt did not have a Happy Hour or some kind of promo since we were hotel guests.
Access to good restaurant a plus.
Very children centered, not a problem at this time, but could be noisy at times.
Room was nice and clean
There were people in the public area of the 2nd floor that were loud throughout almost the whole night. They were drunk and yelling and running through the halls, and no one stopped them. Could not sleep. Went on til at least 4am.
Public spaces are very nice.
Room smelled vaguely of smoke and carpet was dirty otherwise room was clean.
The staff was cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was decent a selection, They also had a restaurant, Minerva's,best steak I've had in a restaurant in years!!!
Nothing that I can pinpoint.
Good location, great restaurant.
Thin walls and outside doors - not what I expected from a 3-star.
I was put in a handicap room. Other people I met there got a better deal than I. They called the weekend special. So how do I get a better deal on the computer?
I wish I knew I was staying in a handicap room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The smell in our room actually woke me up. It was horrible
The inn was nice and easy to find, but the room itself was very smoky smelling and so were the hallways. We asked for a non-smoking room, but the curtains, carpet and mattress/pillows reeked of smoke. We mentioned this to the front desk and they appologized and stated they were going to make the hotel all non-smoking, but for now, the rooms were smelly. Quite the understatement.
