I never got the car, because they had a rule that was not disclosed prior to making the reservation; that if I was not departing the day I was returning the vehicle they required a $500 deposit. This was very disappointing. So I had to cancel; which resulted in me loosing my money that I paid up front. So, i will not recommend them ever. I ended up renting with ACE, which was a few dollars cheaper and a much better experience overall.

They charged me extra for unlimited miles, for local driver upon pick up. I didn’t want to rent anymore but my order was non refundable. So I had no choice but to pay up or lose more money. My rental agreement with kayaks said it was unlimited miles. Very disappointed in both companies for there no transparency, the pick up location was not very inviting, had to wait a half hr. To get help with no AC in the building. Never going here again

When I arrived off of my plane they were closed and forced me to rent from the only agency that had a car to rent at triple the price! I want my money refunded!😡

The email from Easirent with information about my car rental listed Charlotte as the airport instead of Las Vegas which caused me unnecessary confusion and concern. When I tried calling the phone number listed, I was connected to an international agency with an automated message saying they were closed. The email from Easirent also did not explain that we would be taking two separate shuttles to get to the rental center causing further confusion. It was not communicated that Easirent was offsite.

Car was very comfortable, clean , more than enough power, pick up was sooo easy, drop off a little disappointing as there were no persons on the counter and we really wanted to know about the deposit return. In the end we had to drop the key and run for our boarding, but was sorted very easy next day by phone call.

The customer service was brilliant. Real people. I had a minor problem with a tyre and was attended to quickly by the AA and Kwikfit. The staff at Chipping Sodbury, particularly Alex was wonderful. Well done Enterprise!

Pros:

Loved that I got a super great car to drive around, great staff to deal with (even with me a little emotional picking the car up--lost my bank card!) But we dealt with it well,, and away I went for the weekend :) Car was clean, tidy very easy and simple to drive. Staff were polite and made it very easy to do, out and back in again.

That I couldnt pay the deposit with cash. But that's okay, it got sorted

Cons:

Whenever I have pre booked previously, basic insurance has always been included. I was told this had recently changed and was no longer the case. Disappointed that my pre booked price was not what I paid in the end! Had to leave earlier than anticipated to avoid paying two days insurance, instead of one. You need to spell this out when people are booking!

Pick up seemed okay, I felt I knew more information that I received from online than the employee did. Our vehicle was all beat up on the outside, no floor mats, sticky stuff on the inside. Had good a/c and got us to and from locations which was the main thing. Wished it was cleaner and not so dented prior. Made us nervous we would be charged after. Check out was not so good. Employee checked car in and sent us to get printed receipt which we needed and the employee at the desk had an attitude huffing and puffing as if we were annoying her by asking for our closing receipt. Not very personable on the trips to and from airport on shuttle but each trip they did help load and load luggage and opened doors.

Overall, this was a horrible experience renting through Ace. I made a reservation while on vacation with my family. Once I arriving I was advised that my reservation had expired because I was 4 hours late. I explained to the representative that I call after noticing my pickup was at noon, but my flight arrived at seven. I was told it wouldn't be a problem. The representative told me that the customer service team I called is not connected to their center. He said it's nothing he can do and sat down. I Uber to the hotel and rented from Buget then next day. Horrible customer service!

Speedy pick up from airport when I called, friendly and helpful staff, pick up process easy and car warmed and waiting for me when I arrived on a very cold night . Would highly recommend this company.

There was an extremely long line and it took us over two hours to pick up the car. Used electric car with a terrible app to find charging stations. Got lucky to turn the car in with miles left.

Drivalia offers cars with letter "e" in description. You don't know-it is full electric. To me it is economy. In Italy the infrastructure for electric cars is poor. Also,Drivalia uses Chinese MG small suv hybrid. This is really weird hybrid you don't want to drive. Eats lot of gas and you have to change this hybrid like full electric car. Milano int. Airport does not have good signs to get to rent garage to drop your car.

Picked up the car and it was filthy. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned since being used before. Key intermittently stopped working and were locked out of the car, when trying to open it manually, car alarm would repeatedly go off. Car was not maintained well.

We liked the good value for money, and the car itself was just what we wanted and had no issues. It was not completely clean though when we received it, nor did it come full of fuel- under half a tank. The pick up and collection from the car park was fine and very quick. It was the wait time at the drivalia desk to sign the contract and pay the deposit which took too long. We joined the queue at 10:30am and we’re not at the front until 12:00pm. We were not in a rush but other customers were as they had plans or connections to make.
