One lady very good and quick taking care of customers.Cons:
It's impossible to understand how much they are going to charge. They tried to increase the price of the car of a lot of money. Thankfully I had the email showing the price I had reserved it for. They overcharge for deposits through a 3rd party company and they are not sure when the deposit will be returned, if it will be returned, as several people had issues with it. The deposit is $1000. There was a nice lady working there. 2 men standing next to her didn't want to help us out, one asked the other to help and he said no! When returned the car and asked for a receipt with charges they tried to tell us they would have emailed us. Not very professional!10.0 Wonderful

I felt welcomed, and though I have heard over the years horror stories of renting cars abroad, my experience with Dollar at Dubai airport was excellent.Cons:
Returning the car, it wasn't clear where to park (unlike in every US airport, there's no obvious 'rental return' lot. I had to find a parking spot in close proximity to the office - but that is just Dubai normal. I just wish it was made clearer.10.0 Wonderful

This branch Terminal 2 offered me a vehicle with poor maintenance. My family and I could have died on the highway when it malfunctioned. The staff couldnt care less about our situation and Mangosh even told me that ‘this is the Emirates, we are different, we dont offer the services you are asking for’. The team was deceitful and rude. I reported this branch to consumer protection services. If you dont want to die, avoid renting. I’ve contacted my credit card company to dispute payment to them. I went there with all the necessary documents. After some time waiting, they informed me that they didn't have the car I rented, nor any other car in the upgrade. Even though I have reserved the car way before AND paid for it AND called to confirm a day before, they did not have the car... I still didn't receive my refund by the way. They did offer a downgrade, but I couldn't send back home one of my kids with two bags!Thrifty

Pickup was terrible, the staff was friendly but the queue line was very long and one staff available. It took me around 30 minutes to pick up my car. In Kayak the choice of car was Form but on reality the car was Renault Duster, so Kayak should update the profile of this car.10.0 Wonderful

They give us a bit better car than we expected because we booked some small car from A category and they gave us Toyota Yaris which is I think from B category.Cons:
They did not mark clearly scratches that were before so when we were returning the car they were thinking we made these scratches and I clearly pointed them to write some of these when we picked up the car. But at the end, they accepted all of these was from before and didn`t take any money from the deposit. Another thing to pay attention is to additional cost like 16aed for "road tax" and 25aed to return car at airport, so I returned it to Al Raha mall. Also when you renting from any company pay attention to the level of full because often they don`t give with full level and they expect to return them full level.6.0 Okay

Air condition was not good for dubai weather I've Booked online toyota yaris but they said it's not avalible so they gave me honda civic but i had to pay more! Also the value for the insurance will increase. Many scratches on the body of the car , and it was dirty!
