The airline provided exceptional service, particularly the counter personnel. The aircraft's seating arrangement offered ample legroom and comfort, exceeding expectations for standard economy class.

The free wi if was highly appreciated and worked very well. Staff was great!

The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.

Very bad experience during the boarding, the Aegean employees were very rude, and impatient with the passengers

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.

aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.

Leave on time so i dont miss my transit flight. Also make it so coffee/tea is free amd not a paid service. The staff treat us like dogs having us wait everywhere. The buses had no ac and we had to wait inside packed like sardines. Horrible experience. Never flying again hopefully and not using kayak.

Crew was super courteous and helpful. Food quality was not so good. Most of the movies were old.

Flight was late and crew were unwilling to help with information on connections. Call light had been on for 61 minutes without tesponse.

Everything from the price to online checkin and the flight being on time to the crew and food was very good. The comfort level is fine--the seats are very close to each other in Economy. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Swiss ground crew was again at its prime and although I’m United 1K (Star Alliance Gold) they created problems with my hand luggage - while other passengers were boarding with more handbags and larger hand luggages, were critical on my 2 young kids attending the lounge with me and boarding the plane with me on the priority lane.

Everything was on time and efficient - expected from a Swiss crew. But the entertainment system was pretty bad - the display was old. Food was pretty bad and a couple of times they started serving drinks and then just skipped past my row (and likely several others)

Bag lost. Lost bag recovery process is an unsatisfying customer experience. Because 1) bag is still lost but also 2) the process is outdated and form-heavy and 3) in our case also involved a long line.

They went out of their way. It was very clean and friendly.

Staff was rude in business class. Luggage was damaged and nothing was done about it airlines.

Nothing can I say I liked. Food was horrible. Entertainment system didn't work. Crew's attitude was bad. They all were Chinese and wanted to speak Chinese. Baggage missed my connection at Frankfurt even though it was more than 60 minutes for my connection. It came in the next flight of 3 hours later at 16.15 Portugal time but they said they will deliver to me next day. I requested them that I had to go to a dinner meeting so needed clothes and there were medical documents in the bag which I needed for my Doctors appointment on the next day morning. But all no use. Then I had to take taxi, go to airport at 9PM and collect my bags myself and brought bags to my hotel. Will avoid Lufthansa at any cost and same I will suggest to everybodyelse.

We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.

I dropped my wallet under my seat on this flight with all of my money and credit card. I requested to be able to go back and retrieve it but Lufthansa denied my request. I went to the Customer Services and they called Lost and Found but I was told nothing found would be turned in until around 12:00pm. My next flight was leaving so I was unable to check to see if my wallet was turned in. I will never fly with Lufthansa again.

"I am aware that there was a strike at Munich airport, which led to the cancellation of my flight. Additionally, I had insurance for the flight. Lufthansa informed me about the cancellation approximately 2.5 hours before the scheduled flight while I was en route to Rzeszow airport. They offered me accommodation in a hotel for the night and arranged two connecting flights for the next morning, instead of my originally booked single connecting flight. Consequently, I arrived a day later, causing me to miss a day of work and some important meetings. I hope you can assist me in obtaining a refund for this inconvenience."

From there moment we arrived to the 7 hour delay, this flight was a challenge. We were suppose to be direct and everything changed. A backup crew was called in, extended repairs, non working headphone plugs, it was not a great experience.

In a half empty plane LH put me on the only row in Economy plus were 3 people were sitting. Instead of asking either one of us if we'd like to switch to an empty center row , they moved people from the back to the empty middle rows. In the end I felt cheated because I paid more for my seat and lost out.

Seats did not recline. That is none of the seats on the plane are designed to recline. If you want food you need to purchase it. We flew round trip Warsaw to London- both flights were late.

I realize it almost has to happen, but giving up one carry-on is difficult. With the standard one in the overhead and one under the seat, I believe it could have worked. We chose British Airways because of its baggage allowance, but giving up on carry-on is a major negative in choosing BA in the future. Again, it is understandable. Everything else is top notch. Thank you.

Lost bag on an hour and a half flight with no connections - ridiculous!

Liked that my American Airlines status seamlessly transferred to BA so luggage check was free. Flights were on time, boarding quick. Wish they didn’t assign connecting gate so late at Heathrow.

We missed the flight to Barcelona because the flight from Baltimore was delayed. We flew on Vueling VW6653. Our luggage didn’t arrive. Please help us get our luggage. We are staying at Hotel Gran Via in Barcelona

I've done hundreds of flights in my life, and this flight was one of the best I've ever taken, From beginning to end, everything went smoothly, professionally, and with a smile and friendly attitude from all employees I interacted with. The food was delicious (and free), as were the drinks. There was just a genial and effective way in the way that British Airways organized the flight -that reminded of days in the 70's, 80's, and 90's, when flying was a fun, and exciting adventure. I enjoyed and had confidence in the abilities of the flight crew, I'll be flying British Airways several more times this summer. Thank you so much for the great experience! Cheryl Olso

The crew on board were all very pleasant and happy to help. The flight had the old business class seats. The departure board in the business lounge did not update and kept on saying ' gate open' but never said boarding. When I got nervous about the departure time and walked to the gate I was told off rudely for being late.

Very cramped seats in economy, difficult to get comfortable with your legs and feet and back. The seat width is ok but I’m average size. Food is HORRIBLE. Crew is friendly. Delays and very tight connections made it tough for navigating. We would have missed our connecting flight if it wasn’t delayed too. The terminal transit was slow and normally every 10 minutes before 8pm, after 8 pm is every 30 minutes!!!!! No free wine or drinks!! Below average attitude.
