It was a very short flight. No snack or drink. The steward stayed seated the whole time. The plane was comfortable. Boarding in Pullman was a breeze, only 1 gate. I would definitely fly thru there again.

After upgrading and paying for seat I was bumped from my seat. When I went to ask why she said I wasn’t assigned a seat because the ticket I purchased. After kindly explaining to her I upgraded the night before and paid for that seat she said how I was wrong and that something must have happened. I showed her my receipt and she still said there was an error. This is why I only fly delta. The flight attendant was rude as well but I don’t want to waste anymore time talking about how poor Alaska is. Delta here I come!
Honestly, there was not much they could do. Due to wind, the flight was delayed for several hours because we had to be diverted to San Jose where we needed to refuel before departing to Hawaii. Wish they had offered some snacks during the delays/diversion because we had to wait such a long time to finally get our food served during the flight after leaving California.
Like South West(2 check in baggage free) if Alaskan Airlines could give at least one check in baggage free then it would be great.
Better organizing of entry and exit onto the plane regarding all of the baggage people haul on. There should be a better system so those with no baggage can get in and out more quickly. The baggage haul-on situation is absurd.
Good - San Jose security is a breeze. Exact opposite of San Diego. Flight on time. Bad - FA's were not that cheery or polite. I thought we may blow out a tire as the pilot slammed down a hard landing in perfect conditions. He came in pretty hot like he had a date waiting.
Same as the earlier flight. Bad boarding practices, uncomfortable seats, and no Wi-Fi service.
Both flights from NYC to SFO were delayed more than an hour. No wifi, no screens/movies etc. The crew was nice.
Plane delayed, emergency light on so we couldn’t board- further delayed, had to sit on run way for an hour for other plane priority
