The design of business class is absolutely horrible. The flight attendants have to cross in front of passengers to pass the food. Passengers have to crawl over other passengers to get to the bathroom or to get to their bag. It’s shocking!! The flight attendants however were superb!
Better and more attentive crew and more food options. Leg space is very tight.
The flight as far as timings go was excellent. Unfortunately we ended up sat with someone on a night flight who had been drinking alcohol before boarding and BA staff were happily serving him more alcohol. He was very drunk which made our flight uncomfortable and awkward. My partner had this person lying on him whilst asleep. Alcohol should be served minimally. If there had been an emergency this person would not have been in a fit state to act accordingly.
I like the space, but if I had a window seat would be a lot more comort .
On the flight from Venice to London even it’s short, 2 hours 20 minutes and mostly people are on vacation, it’s ridiculous to change money for the cup of tea or coffee. Also it’s to much to charge 80$ for 1 piece of luggage
Great!!! The first flight was a little painful because the chair wasn’t reclining and my back was destroyed by the time I got in London. But the second flight was perfect!! Super comfortable, the food was amazing, the crew super polite and helpful. Overall, I had a good experience
Our flight was delayed by over 6 hours. We then had to deplane, stay overnight in a hotel then fly out the next day, 23 hours late.
The seats were uncomfortable. It was an old plane. The crew could have been more hospitable.
