Boarding was relatively smooth considering we were in Group 7. This was not a full flight so it went a little quicker than expected. We were on a 787 which is a wonderful plane, it felt like we had a little more legroom flying economy. The auto-dimming windows were a pretty cool feature. The flight crew were amazing, very attentive and they served a ton of food, snacks and drinks. I was surprised at how much we got. The flight went smoothly and we had no issues. I would fly overseas on AA/British Airways again.

Horrible experience, flight was delayed for 3 hours due to insufficient crew and tray was broken. Seats were extra tight for international flight and food was horrible

They could do everything better!! From the rickety plane, to the flight attendants… when American Airlines is operated by British Airways, their standards are lowered! It’s like Macy’s, operated by Walmart!

The lack of leg room for a 6 foot person makes for an extremely uncomfortable flight over the pond. Short little puddle jumper from Paris to London and back no big deal, but nine hours in a tiny and unbelievably hard seat makes me not want to do that ever again. This is my third trip to Normandy. FYI.

Every host and pilot were very professional. My next flight would be upgraded from economy to the next group.

I asked for a window seat and when I got on the plane 24A did not have a window so was very not happy, but good and entertainment was good and the staff was very good, so the only complaint was the seating.

Flights were actually with Aer Lingus outward and American Airlines & Aer Lingus on the return journey. Outward flight with Aer Lingus was good but the return flight with them was not so good as our seats were in a poor condition (15A & 15C) and looked like they needed replacing! The American Airlines flight from Miami to JFK New York was good and the seats were very comfortable and spacious (32D & 32E)

Awful. Flight delayed and we missed our long flight to Rome. It has been a nightmare and we have still not arrived. It was NOT a weather delay, just poor planning by AA

My seat was in a good row. In our section it was the first row. But it was difficult tooperate seat entertainment features > table, screen, even though I often fly.

Boarding was as fast and efficient as possible. The flight crew were amazing and extremely friendly. We enjoyed our flight.
