The food was good, but we are not able to use earphones to watch a movie.

Flight was smooth no complaint. Except maybe better food choice for the long flight…

The type of the food requested (Asian vegetarian) was not properly met with. They have very limited snack items that may compensate for the main meals.

Everything was excellent service was good.Only one problem my trip san francisco to tapie was good but the Taipe to HongKong we change gate 3times a lot of walking n everyone has to rush around from gate to gate.By the time to board our flight i felt soo sick from running from one gate to another.That was the only problem i face

Eva Air's Business Class is pretty decent. With the given price, I think that the food can be better.

Pleasant, comfortable, and entertaining. All told, ZERO issues with it. And sadly, so far the flight was WAY more comfortable than the hellhole that is "Lambug Beach Resort" at Badian Beach!

It was a pleasant fly with Eva Air from NYC to Taipei. The crew were friendly and the food was exceeded my expectation.

The flight was excellent the problem was that my luggage was damaged (zipper pulls ripped out) and it is difficult to contact the number to claim the damage while in another country and going back to the airport is not an option and no matter what I tried I got the same response to just call the number that is not possible for me to call in the first place. So very disappointed that I can’t claim such damage and that now I have to take part of my trip looking for a new luggage.

They changed my flight twice. The 2nd time they changed it they did so the day before the scheduled departure and replaced the lie flat seat in a 777 to a 737. I paid extra to be in the 777 only for them to change it. Then the departure was delayed twice. The connecting flight was also delayed.

The experience was generally above average. The only downside was the absence of WiFi during my flight from Vancouver to San Francisco.

Terrible experience! All flights delayed, staff had no idea of what they were doing, and at the end luggage lost for 2 days!

It was a domestic flight so the food was not included. But we had not even a little snack and by the end of the flight they were coming around serving water.

Headphones for the movies have too much bass and can't be adjusted. Almost impossible to hear. Great movie selections but can't really watch them because you can't hear them. Also the system is very slow.

I liked that I paid for the bulkhead. That was the only saving grace those seats suck. Why do they pack you in so tight pack you so tight

The flight attendant bumped into me repeatedly time and time again, throughout the entire flight, preventing me from getting any rest. He seemed unaware of his actions and I was very close to saying something, but I didn't because I don't believe he would have understood or altered his behaviour. It was very irritating

There was no entertainment at our seats. The flight was comfortable and we had leg room. The snack we had was really good.
