Pros (+) Rooms are comfy and a good size. Location is perfect for a concert, shopping break, or sightseeing. Easy walking distance to trains, bus, trams, shops and venues.
Cons (-) Cleanliness is declining with each regular visit. Complained about fridge not working, and cleanliness. Was promptly moved to another room with exact layout. But still plenty of dust and long hair around bed, window ledges, desk and sofa again. Also pieces of tissue and chocolate ball under bed!

Pros (+) Great location, 5 min walk from southern cross station and on a direct tram line. Room was ready before standard check in time, it was spacious and equipped with everything you could need. Bathroom was a little small but clean. Staff were friendly. Continental breakfast was included in the price - cereals, toast, eggs, beans, coffee and juice. Hotel offers to hold luggage if you need.
