In announcing that the DOJ approved their acquisition of ITA, Google said, “How cool would it be if you could type ‘flights to somewhere sunny for under $500 in May.'”
(Note: they also left out a few details such as, the 22 pages of stringent conditions attached to keep the deal from violating anti-trust laws.)
Great idea, Google. Glad we thought of it… like a year ago. 🙂
And lookie, you can fly from San Jose to Kauai Island, Hawaii for as little as $430 in May.
