TAM is a real disappointment. We had to jump on a crowded bus for a 6am flight - although there were at least 15 available fingers that could have been used by our plane. Then, we were placed on row 30 - the last row of the plane, despite having purchased the tickets a long time ago and being TAM gold plus members. Note: worse seats on the plane. Great way of rewarding your frequent flyers TAM ! I now remember why I stoped flying internationally with TAM and moved to American, United, Swiss, Lufthansa and BA. TAM has no respect for its customers.

the flight from Boston to Curitiba was on time actually 30 minutes earlier. latam was not able to unload the luggage for custom checkup in Sao Paulo ii took two and half hours . i missed the flight to Curitiba spend the night in hotel and then flying in the morning to Curitiba

Very bad organization to accommodate over compartment inside the main cabin. Crew was not helpful at all!

Very bad. Boarding was a caos and pick up luggage took more than an hour. There was no entertainment on board.

They are a mess. It appears they hired a third party to staff their check in desk and simply did not train them. I will avoid flying with them in the future. It took 50 minutes for them to check in 3 parties on front of us. On the way back. It took just under one hour for our luggage to show up...

Alimentação mto escassa. Pelo menos deveria dar a opção de comprar e o Wi-Fi pago.

A Gol precisa aprender comfazer desembarque. Está anos luz atrás em organização. Os comissários são muito atrapalhados.

Os passageiros ainda não estão habituados a respeitar o embarque por grupos, que é a melhor maneira de embarque, na minha opinião. Então faltou pulso para impor a regra de embarque e desembarque às pessoas.

Kiwi service was terrible they actually didnt make the reservation and their system showed that the reservation eas complete so I had to buy a ticket in the front desk at the moment at and exorbitant price.

A Gol melhorou muito desde a última viagem que fiz, muito bom, aeronaves bem conservadas, tripulação cordial. Gostei.

Most important was the effciency - on-time take-offs and landings, no missed connections, baggage arrived correctly. Friendly & professional crew. Less important was food/drink. Pretty spartan, but we'll know next time and bring our own stuff.

On-time flight. Nothing out of the ordinary. The food offering upfront could be better.

Flight was 2+ hrs late boarding. Delay updates were nonexistent. Boarding Gate change was by word of mouth.

The airline made last minute changes to our business class seats splitting our family of 4 with young children who had pre-booked a row of 4 seats. The seat was also dirty and sticky. Our pre-ordered child meals were also not available. :(

Awful experience all around, misleading booking led to disgraceful baggage charge at gate. Tiny uncomfortable seats with little drinks served in small paper cups filled halfway. Difficult to use bathrooms the whole flight and now on the way back we’re stuck in Lisbon a day later because of a diversion on our connecting flight, I will never fly this airline again.

Two of three flight attendants were not super kind as I would expect. The very kind young lady in my section was wonderful but then lady and man up front were not. Sorry but it makes a difference !

TAP needs to allocate gates at airport. Boarding and disembarking using buses is tortures in hot weather.

The seats were comfortable and dinner was good.? I ended up with food poisoning, not their fault. I caught it somewhere in Barcelona. I didn't tell the flight attendant so it was up to me. It is a good airline. I was just ready to be home

2-1/2 hours on tarmac after arrival to DFW, lost connection to London, 3 hours wait for customer assistance, stayed on our own account in DFW, no replacement flight for 5 days, had to cancel the entire travel and return to Monterrey today.

I like the space, but if I had a window seat would be a lot more comort .

Excellent. Very nice and comfortable business class. Only negative is that it was difficult to hear the pilot’s announcement.

In economy and food was ok, but with limited leg space (and I was in a 2 seat configuration) it was difficult to eat with a tiny seat tray. I spilt wine on my trousers. First time on British Air (I usually fly Turkish Air) and in a 777. Heathrow was pleasant but changing terminals awkward.

Starting with the flight Cairo to London the plain was so poor no entertainment at all uncomfortable seats although it’s 5 hours long,then an American airline plain took me from London to Miami it was a bad experience the crew most of flight time not available and they asked us to help our selves for any snacks if we need. From Miami to London actually was perfect flight with a huge plain and perfect crew but from London to Cairo was horrible plain with stiff fixed seats not movable no entertainment or wi fi very poor Menu which is unacceptable for a business class

Having traveled from Canada through Seattle -London-Edinburgh with only carry on ( to keep trip uncomplicated ) We had to check our hand luggage at the gate as flight was full This was really annoying since due to their late flight in from Seattle we’d missed our orginal flight to Edinburgh and had been put on a flight four hours later We had no checked luggage with no need to go to the baggage carousel Very annoying

As expected for a BA long haul flight in economy - you get what you pay for. Good leg space, in flight entertainment and food and drink provided. Staff on the return flight (overnight) we're a bit brisk and just wanted to get everyone fed and watered before turning the lights down. We're vegetarian so ordered it separately through the booking, although when we were in flight we realised there was a normal and vegetarian option anyway, and we were given vegan. This is fine, however on the return trip we were told there were no more specially ordered meals left, so be aware in case you have specific dietary requirements.

This was a late night flight but the lights was on all the time and kids were screaming and many people were so loud. I was expecting to have a little rest on the plane considering it is late night but this way I couldn't. I think if at least the light would've been off / lower then people could feel they should be quieter.

The plane seemed very dated. The entertainment was very limited. There was a school group on our flight and the crew seemed bothered by them. They were not overly friendly or welcoming.

I thought they had rebranded themselves in every aspect but it was quite the opposite. The food was terrible the service was sub-par. Overall it was not a good experience.

I paid for premium seats and the last minute they changed the aircraft for a bigger one, they bumped me to another seat which was NOT at all comfortable for an 11 hour flight, will fight for a refund!!
