The waiting area could have been closer to where we boarded the plane. If you have trouble seing blue lines , ask for help or stay with someone who can see colors. The seats are close together, tight so check as much baggage as you can. Bring your own food, the airline food was not very good.

Poor, the airline was not able to help me move flights.

Check in -- in business took over 30 mins as there was only one attendant. Boarding was also a mess. The seat was too narrow and was not working properly. Food was very bad and the entertainment very poor. Crew was very polite and helpful, in fairness.

The way the Pilot made all announcements, specially the way he congratulated the entire crew as the best team ever, making a comment that due to them they were able to shorter the delay to the destination. Amazing flight .

Boarding was confusing with a delayed flight because there was no English translation

I was not able to get on the flight due to delays out of Philadelphia. I arrived in MIA at 10:30pm and there was no one at the GOL Desk. Is there any flight credit available for this flight?

I have a hand injury and the flight attendant denied to help me with luggage, she said "she couldn't help me because I should manage my own way to put the luggage on the plane" SO RUDE

I had two around 6 hours flight and they did not even offer water to us.

Overall it was good. The food was not great quality and seats were very uncomfortable. But overall the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We flew with Avianca, some how they are not n sync, making the process a bit uncomfortable.

Unfortunately it was very disappointed experience. Our first flight our was delayed 2 hours, as a consequence we missed our connecting international flight. Customer server at Miami American Airlines was very disrespectful, gave us the worst replace itenarary for the next day that we had to spend 2 hours calling Gol to get a better itinerary otherwise we wouldn't make it on time to fulfill our trip purpose. We would have missed the reason to travel all the way to Brazil if we didn't change for a better itinerary. The worst thing is that our baggage was missing for 4 days. We had no cloths for all this time, plus the aggravation to locate our baggage. Nobody knew where our baggage was. We ended up picking it up at the airport when they said that they will bring them home. Unfortunately our experience was very dissatisfied.

Flight on time, check in and flight attendants courteous and helpful. Smaller plane for international flights, tight space, no comfortable.

the boarding staff were incredibly officious. our carry-on case was borderline within dimensions but staff were not prepared to show ANY flexibility even though many others with larger carry-on luggage were allowed to board. we were understandably furious but the staff were incredibly disrespectful. we called the supervisor who eventually agreed to look on board the plane to see if there was room for our case (one case between 2 of us) and reluctantly agreed to allow us on. The staff on board were excellent though and realized we had been treated badly and were very helpful both in finding a place for our case, some distance from our seats, and helping us to retrieve it when we landed. We are regular travelers on Gol and have Diamante status and had chosen the better Conforto + seats, so we expected better treatment from the ground staff. Also the cabins are of a size that will only fit 3 cases of normal size with a large gap of about 30cm of wasted space. If our case were deemed to be oversize, which I dispute, the extra 1cm would not have made the slightest difference.

I did not like the way that baggage fees were charged. When I signed up for the flight, I knew that there were bag fees. However, the bag fees were so confusing that it felt like I was paying for overweight bags rather than just for having brought a bag with me. Also, the bag fees were based on the pair of tickets rather than per person. It seems to me that it should be first bag fee for passenger 1 and then first bag fee for passenger 2. I eventually got away with only paying $100 for two bags, but it was a struggle to understand the process. As for the flight, the seats were the standard uncomfortable seats that are on most Boeing aircraft. The airline aims to accommodate the standard height people, so us tall people are stuck. There was never an option to upgrade for leg room. It did not appear that there were any seats on the whole plane that had a little more leg room to even try to get. Other than that, I completely ignored the food for this red eye flight. I am not one to eat "dinner" at 2 am. They did not offer any drinks in the morning before landing. I recommend that you bring a bottle of water on board.

Lost luggage, people are not very nice to help you , I was just instructed to fill out a baggage claim online, they were not helpful when I had additional questions after I completed the form on my phone.

I like the price. I dislike the website where I wanted to ask questions about the unusual high prices of the luggage fees. I called the toll free number from the United States and I cannot get through. You should test your own toll free website for info and you will know what I am writing about.

I am not very tall, and had a difficult time getting my carry-on placed in the overhead bin while passengers were behind me waiting to get to their seats. After struggling with the luggage, I turned it around, and left it, knowing it was not properly placed, but believing there was adequate room for it in the bin. When the flight attendant came through the cabin, she asked whose bag it was, and scolded me for not positioning it correctly. She turned it around and moved on. I thought that her approach was totally unprofessional, calling out a passenger in that manner.

Plane was delayed, reading the gates on their screens was horrible. They posted it a half an hour before the plane boarded. By the time I got there with my premier boarding they have filled the plane because it was over booked. Gate closed at 12:03 I was there at 11:54 plane took over around 12:20. I was told they would put me on the next flight. I had to go to TAP information desk. They didn’t give me a voucher they just said they would put me on the next flight. At the desk I was told I had to punches a ticket. The woman said buy it online because it’s cheaper. It in fact was not cheaper. But I had gotten out of the long line that formed so I paid 200$ for a new ticket. At a later flight, not the next flight. I had checked my bag and was told it would be on my new flight. I was then bumped to an earlier flight and was told my bag would also be on my flight. After landing in Madrid loosing a day in my hotel i landed without my bag. They didn’t load it on any flight that day. It arrived in madrid the next day. Essentially ruining the first two days of my vacation. I’m now seeking compensation.

There was no warning that they have added passport control after check in, the line was enormous and after 46 mins wait we missed our flight. Were forced to leave the airport and purchase new tickets at full price to board a later flight. TAP were unsympathetic and unhelpful.

Did not enjoy the meal provided. The aircraft was dirty. For instance, the screen seemed to have been cleaned with a dirty rag. Disgusting.

Tap was very frustrating in Lisbon. Not enough direction and help. Mixed messages of where we needed to go. Seats were not very comfortable.

Check in was excellent thanks to the team at the check in counter. I was disappointed to see that one has to pay for coffee on the flight. This is the first time I have seen that after 60 years of flying.

The check in process is chaotic. It says partially checked-in. Never heard of such a thing. Then lost our reserved seats when we finally checked in at the airport. The seats don’t recline. Then we had to get mew boarding passes at the connection. Last, my companion lost her baggage and up to now there’s no update. We’re already half-way through our vacation and still no news what happened to the luggage.

There was so little leg space in middle seat that the blanket/pillow accessories and my feet could not fit. Knees were 1 inch from seat in front and when person in front reclined, it was uncomfortably invasive in my space. I am not large, 5’5” and 130 pounds

⭐ British Airways Review — A Journey of Highs, Lows, and Lessons ⭐ I recently flew Business Class round-trip from Boston to Mumbai with British Airways, and my experience was a tale of two extremes — from disappointment to exceptional service, and then back to inconsistency. Boston → London: A Surprisingly Poor Start My journey began on a disappointing note. On a 6-hour Business Class flight, I was surprised to discover that there wasn’t a single proper vegetarian meal option available. I was offered a few bakery items only after repeatedly requesting something to eat. The flight attendant shrugged, offered no solution, and eventually — quite literally — threw some bread at me after much delay. This was not only disheartening, it was extremely surprising given my wonderful Business Class experience with BA last year. I stepped off that flight genuinely hungry and had to make a mad dash to the lounge just to get a proper meal. London → Mumbai: A Complete Turnaround The next sector restored my faith in British Airways. The entire crew was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special shoutout to Phiroze and the entire team serving the Business Class cabin — their professionalism, hospitality, and thoughtful service were extraordinary. They truly embodied what makes British Airways a global leader, and I am deeply grateful for the experience they provided. This is the BA I know and love. Mumbai → London: A Strange Meal Schedule This sector was generally fine, but the meal timing was puzzling. Lunch at 10:30 AM — for a Business cabin — felt unusual, and most passengers, including myself, barely touched it. The rest of the service was smooth, but the scheduling definitely needs a rethink. London → Boston: Mixed Experience Again The flight itself was decent, but the Business Lounge at Heathrow for this leg was a letdown. Arrived during lunch hours: no hot vegetarian options available Lounge area: dirty dishes everywhere Even after politely alerting the staff, the dishes were ignored and left uncleared For a premium cabin passenger — and at one of the world’s busiest international hubs — this was disappointing. Overall Impression My journey with British Airways felt inconsistent — two great sectors sandwiched between two that fell short of the BA standard. When BA is good, it is world-class. When it misses, the gap is noticeable. I genuinely hope the airline takes this feedback as constructive insight. I continue to believe in British Airways, and I commend the outstanding crew on the London → Mumbai sector — they were the highlight of my entire trip. The leg from Portland to Heathrow was great for a business class ticket. The BA leg from Heathrow to Lisbon was terrible. Basically coach seating with an empty seat between you and next passenger. Absolutely no leg room. Should not have been charged for business class and it was a 3 hour flight.

I am a 25+ years American Airlines member. British Airways is simply above and beyond in every customer satisfaction category.

They can separate the young children from people who want to have a rest. It had lots of crying and loud noises from the children.

Had a very bad experience flying out of London. Our initial flight was cancelled without notice and the next flight had a layover of 8 extra hours. Me, my husband and my 8-year-old were already sick, and this further added to our problems. We paid extra for the seats: I was not even given our chosen seats which we paid for months before the trip. We were shoved into the available seats which were middle ones in the back (we had paid for front window, aisle, aisle). The seats were so uncomfortable and getting out of middle seats every so often (with a sick child) was a task. We had initially chosen British Airways because of the short layover, however, that went out of the window. Although unexpected things happen all the time and I understand customers have to adjust for the unplanned, however, how the airlines react and make the passengers comfortable during that time is the real test. We were not given any compensation for food or any arrangement to stay comfortable during that time. In fact, our paid seats were taken away as well.

It was all great, a nice flight. I'm glad we didn't pay several hundred quid to sit together when we were able to sit together anyway is all I would say

The whole experience was very disappointing. Drinks could have been served and offered more frequently. The seats were reasonable but considering I paid for premium economy, I felt cheated. I flew premium economy with Japanese Airlines ANA 5 years ago and their service was by far, superior. We had access to the club lounge, better seats and excellent service. Out of 10, I would rate the experience as 4. Everything felt cheap and the Airbus aircraft are far better and more comfortable
