Pros (+) Digital key check-in with no need to interact with staff, etc.
Cons (-) Diamond benefits (bottles of water, etc.) not in the room and at 10:30PM wasn't going to call for them. 2 thin paper cups only which fell apart. No soap/etc. for whirlpool. Room was small, furniture was old, bed wasn't very comfortable. I thought this place had been remodeled? Not a great experience for a Diamond member.

Pros (+) Very convenient to Dulles
Cons (-) -TV did not work, was late so we didn't bother asking about it, but still weird -the blinds did not close. as in, there was no way to close them. we were on the first floor with a walkway right next to it. awkward. -lots of families, but lots of noisy children at all hours

Pros (+) This hotel was chosen to host family and friends for a wedding. The front desk staff was courteous, the exercise area was probably the best I've ever seen at a hotel, and the pool was great for the kids along on the trip. Having a restaurant in the lobby was convenient and the food was delicious.
Cons (-) Even though the food was delicious, there were many problems with the speed at which orders were taken, food was cooked, and meals finally arrived. Even breakfast (which costs $12/person even if you're getting just a little box of Special K cereal) was a mad house with no one really knowing what was going on.
