Everything was clean the pool was wonderful and the patio open all night long so you can just relax
I feel like the beds could have been nicer but definitely not a deal breaker
The resteraunts were nice and food was good
Beds were very uncomfortable and didn't like that there wasn't a sofa bed in the room.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lady in the gift shop, and when our car battery died the man who jumped the car. Very helpful.
For the price it was quite plain. No microwave or fridge in room. Beds were probably worst ever, didn't sleep at all! AC barely worked, it stayed hot and humid in the room and when we asked for a fan they said they had none because the rooms are cooled. Then we saw the concierge with a fan. Breakfast paid extra for not worth it and was accessible to anyone.
Pretty good location. Walking distance to aquarium and World of Coke, and MARTA station. Series of skywalks connecting hotels made it nice to walk around Atlanta out of the heat, and away from traffic. A little tricky finding how they all connect up inside each hotel, though.
Elevator from parking deck came up into a construction area: there was no sign indicating this would be the case. That area was closed for entry from the hotel lobby. Other elevator to/from parking deck had a stop on the LL level which was a room slightly larger than the elevator, but with the exit doors chained shut. Seemed like a fire hazard or a claustrophobic nightmare. Every little thing was an extra fee, including the internet whose price didn't match what was on the reservation. The restaurant in the basement, Trader Vic's, doesn't know the difference between a "reservation" and a "wait list."
Clean comfortable room. Great location. Great facilities within the hotel.
Room walls were very thin. I could hear every word of the conversation our neighbors were having in the next room. The same goes for the walls leading to the hallway- I could hear people's voices in the room across from us. Definitely the noisiest/lest private room I've stayed in.
I love the atmosphere and friendly staff. they had a 24hr cafe that was wonderful. the beautiful room for what we paid was fantastic. wonderful stay all together except the elevators
I hated the elevators there. waiting sometimes 20 min just to get to my room. the lack of stairs and accessibility to your room faster not good.
Good beds, quiet
Would like some type of complamentry breakfast even if it was just bagels or donuts
Very Little, but they did have my room ready for me.
Almost everything, not enough valet (it was full and the hotel wasnt), bed very uncomfortable, small old bathroom, unhelpful people at check in, do I need to go on?
Easy access to public transportation. Very convenient. In a central location, very close to several landmarks including Olympic park, CNN, etc. Even though it is on the side of a highway, the room is sealed very well. It is very quiet. Barely hear the noise from the traffic. Love the hotel. Strongly recommended to anyone.
Very typical Hilton hotel.
Entrance was confusing. Tons of construction. Parking garage only has 6 foot clearance so if you have a truck or SUV you need to pay oversized valet @ $32. Beds were very soft, full-sized, not queen as written in description. No complimentary breakfast. No hot water. Our showers were luke-warm. Would not stay here again. The people who wrote good reviews must never stay in hotels. It's a step above camping, and a step below Holiday Inn.
Overall good hotel, but when I pre booked online it said I was getting a king size bed and ended up with a queen bed instead for the same price. Not a huge deal but didn't think that was fair to be charged for a king and given "one of our nicer rooms" (told by lady at front desk) and given a queen in an average room. But great location for walking to get food or to other attractions.
The room was clean!! The value was excellent compared to other rooms in the area. The staff was always polite and helpful!!
The bathroom was a little small. Wished breakfast was included with the room. The price fro breakfast was a little steep but the quality of the food was good. $32.00 per night for valet parking is VERY HIGH!
I enjoyed every moment spent there. Very welcoming staff.
Unknown parking charge for the garage. Should be mentioned or stated someway some how
The hotel was clean. The gym was AMAZING. The price couldn't be beat. Great value.
The food menu was very limited and overpriced. I didn't have a mini bar in my room (2207). The ice cream freezer in their market was a mess. It looked like the staff just dumped what they could find on the bottom. I asked two bellman for a shuttle to the airport and they let TWO leave without taking me.
Seemed that a building was a bit dated
The room was nice, good view and affordable. Great quility of bath products with nice thick towels.
The bathroom was very small but fine.
Convenient to all downtown locations and attractions.
Breakfast was nt included, and the one day we tried the hotel buffet, we were shocked to find out that it was $20 a person (including children). Not even close to worth it! Also parking is $22 a day for self parking. No one tells you that until after you've parked.
For the price it was decent. Nice clean room. Comfortable bed.
Room upgrade with Continental breakfast was a waste of money. Have to pay to park whether you valet or self Park.
