The facilities and location
The way the staff stared and treated us as if we didn't belong there. It was a long three days.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and clean. The drinks were too notch.
The weather...... But that's not your fault.
Great Concierge - Indira Wrick was extremely helpful and went above and beyond, Thanks!!!!
Cant think of anything I didn't like
I loved the decor of the rooms,it was very romantic and exciting.
I enjoyed the whole stay!!!!
I love, love, love the dark cool colors of the room and the modern design! I also loved the peak-a-boo shower!
I did not like the $30/night parking fee.
The staff was excelent. The bars in the hotel were great and the convenience of great restaurants was wonderful.
We didn't like anything at all about this hotel. During our 6 night stay we received newspapers only once. Turndown service was offered twice only.
We did not like this hotel at all. The rooms were grubby and we had to request that they wash the en-suite floor as it remained covered with hairs. We had to wait 1 hour for towels to be delivered, after making 4 phone call requests. It was a dismal hotel.
The only positive thing I can say is that the staff at the front desk and the concierge were very friendly and helpful.
Everything but the staff. The loud, pounding pop music in the lobby and elevators. The sheets that were stiff and crinkly, and made noise when you made the slightest move. The bathroom door, which did not shut fully and allowed for little privacy. Most of all, the lighting in the room was ridiculous -- very modern, trendy fixtures put out very little light. It was impossible to read anywhere in the room. No business person would ever stay in this hotel, and I will never do so again. And the room rate was absurdly high for the quality of the experience. Comparable rooms at the Covent Garden Hotel in London, where I frequently stay, are much less expensive than the Atlanta W.
