Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location and, to a lesser extent, its cleanliness. However, many reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with the service, citing unhelpful staff, lack of responsiveness, and issues with room service and communication. Amenities were a major source of disappointment, with frequent complaints about ongoing renovations, closed facilities such as the pool and spa, and misleading information on the hotel's website. Parking was also a recurring issue, with guests frustrated by limited options and unexpected charges. Overall, while some enjoyed the modern style and certain aspects of their stay, the negative experiences with service, amenities, and parking significantly impacted guest satisfaction.

Pros (+) Beautiful hotel
Cons (-) There was an incident on our floor with a rowdy guest banging on our door at 2 am. When we called the front desk, they said they were aware of the situation and hung up. When checking out the next day, they barely acknowledged it and said we were the only guests to complain and claimed the floor was full. It was impossible to get ahold of management after calling and leaving a message.

Very good

Pros (+) The pool on the 16th floor was beautiful, the room and hotel had nice colors and mood lighting. The whole place was very sleek and modern.
Cons (-) Staying downtown was nice, but I'd recommend staying at midtown instead so you can walk around more. Cab fare gets expensive.

Pros (+) It's clean modern looking and comfortable.
Cons (-) There was hardly any hot water. I took 2 cold showers during my 3 day stay.
