Pros (+) Beautiful hotel
Cons (-) There was an incident on our floor with a rowdy guest banging on our door at 2 am. When we called the front desk, they said they were aware of the situation and hung up. When checking out the next day, they barely acknowledged it and said we were the only guests to complain and claimed the floor was full. It was impossible to get ahold of management after calling and leaving a message.

Pros (+) The pool on the 16th floor was beautiful, the room and hotel had nice colors and mood lighting. The whole place was very sleek and modern.
Cons (-) Staying downtown was nice, but I'd recommend staying at midtown instead so you can walk around more. Cab fare gets expensive.
