Picked this hotel because it provides on request free shuttle to the American dream mall. Shuttle is roomy and comfy. Hotel is clean and newer than I thought. Staffs are friendly. Provides light roast and decaf coffee, lactose free creamer and half&half in lobby all day long. Overall our entire stay/booking was pretty awful. Before booking a hotel I did a fair amount of research. I called several hotels to inquire about transportation from the hotel. On the hamptons website it states that shuttle service is available and is complimentary within 5 miles. I called and spoke with an employee to confirm this and she did confirm. Pros (+) Stayed there for a concert at Met Life. Their location is just a mile from the stadium. You can't walk there due to the roads, however they provided shuttle service to and from the concert.Conveniently located, we were able to get there very easily. After it got over it took just 30 minutes; we were in bed before most people exited the stadium's parking lot. Can't go wrong.
