Pros (+) The bedroom was big for two of us. The bed was very comfortable. And when we locked our access card inside they assisted in giving us a new one with no hassles.
Cons (-) The roaches that were everywhere. The basin was full a bit dirty.

Pros (+) Cheap hotel with clean bedding. Great soul food two doors down. Good water pressure.
Cons (-) Cheap motel with the usual fixings thereof.
