The close proximity in driving distance to UVA and highway access for tourism.
The bathtub in our room looked very old giving an appearance of being unclean.
Empty vending machinesThe hotel was being renovated. The room we were allocated was on the top floor. The rooms around us were occupied by the construction workers renovating the rooms who spend the evening drinking and smoking inside their rooms. After complaining about the cigarette smell seeping into our bathroom we were given a newly renovated room on the second floor. Dinner and breakfast tasted very good.
It did not appear to be a three star hotel. We stayed at the Wyndam hotel in Gettysburg that was a three star and there was no comparison between the two. Our room was very far from the loby on the 2nd floor even though we both are disabled.
