The boarding process in Chiang Mai was horrible. Gate change last minute left me with all our carryons and my husband in a wheelchair. No one came for him….. Inconsiderate and uncaring. Airport was crowded and no one cared….

The boarding process in Chiang Mai was horrible. Gate change last minute left me with all our carryons and my husband in a wheelchair. No one came for him….. Inconsiderate and uncaring. Airport was crowded and no one cared….

Better explanation of where to line up when checking luggage.

No electrical plugs or USB plugs. No lounge at KKC airport.

Thai Smile must be the only airline in the world that still doesn’t allow mobiles and iPads to be used during taxi, takeoff and landing. No inflight service due to COVID but a little snack and water handed out as we left the plane. I also like the deplaning by row, I wish more airlines did this

Pros: "We forgot to pack our liquid products into the check in baggage. After we went through the security check, we brought the liquid products back to the boarding pass counter, our baggage had already been sent to downstream. But the staffs was very helpful, they provided a box, packed the liquid products for us and checked it in as the second luggage. This solved our headache and it was a huge deal for us, making us smile. Thanks to your crew/staffs again."
Cons: "Providing some snacks would be helpful when getting off the board."
Cons: "We got drinking water after landing. Would be better to provide some snacks on the way out."
Pros: "Brilliantly safety-conscious crew but very personable."
Cons: "It would been very nice to not have to board a shuttle bus to be taken to the flight in BKK."
Pros: "The crew was the most expert crew I have seen. I fly thousands of miles every year. Their alertness to safety was unprecedented for me. In Yangon the counter personnel were equally excellent, safety-conscious and personable."
Cons: "It would be really nice not to have to board a bus in BKK to be shuttled to my next flight."
Cons: "I understand that the crew was probably tired, but I believe they can be friendlier."
Cons: "Since no one was in first class and I was in the first row not allowing me to use the restroom Up front when there was a long line in the back seemed rude"

Extra seat belt across the chest 10 minutes before taking off and 15 minutes before landing seemed excessively safe.

The transfer from Domestic and International was a bit confusing but I am easily confused. I did not eat any food, but the food on the other leg was decent. It was nice they turned the lights off on the night flight. The plane was in good shape, but was a little cramped in economy and I am small. They gave me a customs form to fill out and nobody looked at it as I went through customs. Not a bad flight.

My case was missing a wheel on arrival Heathrow and the staff were unhelpful when i tried to get some compensation stating it was not sufficient damage, i only wish that they at some point have to deal with the same situation it put me in, maybe they would change their attitude but overall it was a good flight

The aircraft was really old, the staff demotivated and the overall United airline service is horrible

Increase the number of available films, including variety. All other aspects were great.

Thai Airways is one of the best airlines in the business. Looking forward to fly again with them.

food poor i said chiken i got pack a pow breakfast lousey .job to explain wot it was ...

After going back and forth with the airline, they never reimbursed the airline tickets. Went around asking multiple people how to get reimbursed and kept getting put back, not satisfied with their customer service.

No working jet bridge to deplane, with priority customers deplaning last. Followed by bus to terminal.

Efficient like all the other flights with them. An outstanding budget airline!

No frills means no frills... I just got on the plane and flew. That's all. Nothing more and nothing less. Or I did buy some water, they took cash only! LOL

First the flight delayed 1 hour ND then when we suppose to landing the pilot decided not to land at the chiang Mai Airport but the chiang rai airport

Pros: "This is a budget airline and they get you to where you going at good price"
Cons: "They pack you in all together even though there are open seats available and leave you there as if you've done something wrong"
Cons: "fraud on the baggge fee. Had already tried to pay on web sire, but tmdid not work. Then they charge more than twice the price at airport."
Pros: "I am grateful for small mercies. ... it was on time!"
Cons: "Not being fleeced / ripped off cheated out of money as I check in. The website purposely does not allow payment of bags just so they can get more at airport. ... Staff admitted it was regular complaints and they did not care... Not my sort of pleasurable flight.."
Pros: "The ground staff service was really poor, the air-cond on-board was warm instead of cold, when arrived Singapore, the body sweaty."
Cons: "The pre-book luggage service and check-in ground staff service in Bangkok airport. It's really disappointed."
Cons: "They had mosquitos entire flight, they could have sprayed bug spray or do something about it"
Pros: "Just expect , what is expected from a low cost carrier."
Pros: "I had very low expectations after reading some reviews for this airline. But I was pleasantly surprised. Staff in Bangkok was nice, paid for bags, everything went smoothly, and the plane was not dumpy at all."
Cons: "nothing, it was a short simple flight."
Cons: "The plane was COLD and no blankets to be found."
