Old flight not worth in economy. Even food was terrible

Flight was cancelled without notification. Information on flight status was not available on Emirates's website.
Everything was perfect. Staff were informative and professional and flight boarding, flying and de-embarking was smooth. I would certainly travel with Emirates again.

The crew were absolutely fantastic. They actively asked if passengers wanted refills and if they were comfortable. I was extremely impressed.
There is an issue with A380 when it arrives in Munich, because a business class passengers like me have to wait for the first class passengers to disembark, which takes some time while you are also offloading economy passengers this causes an issue at customs where your business class passengers end up behind a large bulk of economy passengers This is a frustration and the early dislocation should be and is supposed to be a benefit of business class
Crew were excellent and the bar service and chat fantastic. Cheese board delicious. Amenity kit good, very disappointing not getting pyjamas on this leg of the flight and needed to reuse from earlier flight.
Extremely uncomfortable seats. Experience was like a Frontier Airlines flight. Would not fly it again.
Original Lufthansa flights were canceled and the alternative route that was offered required cab transfer in New York from JFK to Newark at my own expense. Who can refund these $218?
Connecting flight was cancelled due to strike and the earliest they could rebook us was 4 days later.
Flights were delayed and due to a checked hand luggage bag by an overzealous gate agent in Berlin I missed my ground connection costing me another £80. Food was cold and bland, I honestly expect better from a national carrier operating out of one of their major hubs.
1. One of the crew who was managing the crowd in the business class line specifically asked me if I am travelling by business class while I was standing in the business class designated line. She specifically was asking only me and no one else. Seemed to imply that I may not be aware of it and may be I don't belong there?(Based on my color?) 2. The business class seats in the aircraft was average regular economy seats with middle seat kept free.
A bit more space? Not practical, I know. I felt squished in but part of that could have been the man sitting next to me.
The crew was very nice. The equipment on the 747 felt old.
We flew first class - the screens are outdated and very small. Even on highest brightness level is was hard to recognize anything. Food was on average, nothing special. Champagne served was the same other airlines serving in Business Class.
Flight LH760 from Germany to New Delhi, the food was excellent, the crew was fantastic, the seats in economy are usually tight these days, so I can say that the seats were Ok, the entertainment was OK because for some reason the sound is not very clear, overall I enjoyed this flight, compared to the flight (UA 962) I took with united from San Francisco to Frankfurt in this trip, that flight was horrible. Thank you Lufthansa.
The crew was exceptionally polite and caring. The plane was comfortable. Great experience. Will fly more on Air India because of this experience.
