TERRIBLE! Staff was unfriendly, rude, and demeaning. One flight attendant touched me to grab the complimentary blanket off my neck because I couldn't take it home, while a bunch of other people took theirs home. I have never been so ill treated. I am not happy at all. And flight was delayed, no information until short notice for everything. Lost an entire day at my destination. I expect a full refund for that experience. Never will fly with them EVER again

All was good. I think the back of the plane should be boarded first. It would be faster. Minimal waiting time behind passengers loading their carry on baggage.

My return flight has been changed to JFK from EWR without any notice or reason

They lost my luggage. Tromso in winter without warm clothes is not fun.

I paid for wifi and it worked about a total of 5 min. Feel ripped off

I couldn’t make it to the airport for my original flight due to bad weather; roads were shut down, buses and trains were closed. Since the plane wasn’t cancelled, I still had to pay $720 to change my ticket.

Good friendly service and food - The seats in business class are old, too hard and not very comfortable.

Last minute cancelation, though a substitute flight was found I could not pick my meal or seat. The hotel offered didn't have working air control or shower.

A Lufthansa flight operated by SAS with a jettime plane. Fight was nice, no food but free tea and coffee.

Flight was delayed slightly but was very smooth. It was a short flight but comfortable.

Well Is extra charge for everything and other companies include that and the price.

easyJet need to ensure that whether pre-booking seats or not children aren’t split from their parents the crew spent the majority of boarding asking passengers to move to accommodate two families. Surely the system identifies minors on a booking !!!!! It was all very frustrating to watch and caused delays which I’m sure cost easyJet more in the long run rather that automatically allocating families with minors seats together automatically.

Not great! Rude staff in London and the worse baggage reclaim I’ve ever seen. Great staff in flight but doubt I’ll fly with them again

Staff had been really impolite at the boarding area and for both ways charged high extra fees without a reason. For the check-in luggage which was measured 3.5 kg and was confirmed by the stuff to cost 40 € , 60 Euros had been purchased from our credit card. When confronted staff did call us both liars and claimed to never have announced anything. Flight back , when not wanting to press a backpack in a measuring metal instead of hand measuring , staff got angry that one did not follow her order, which was than escalated by the team. Although carrying a baby anyways staff did not offer any help in the unreasonable process and than charged again extra money. Cabine crew has been friendly but this experience LL lead to not booking easy jet at all in the future. Check in process in Edinburgh anyways chaotic,to the family check-in and disabled check-in everybody else was guided for check in process, so people just getting in between each other, not possible to monitor your own stuff.

I had an emergency escape seat. The attendant gave the extrA briefing to my side of the aisle but didnt direct it at all to the other where my wife was sitting

The seat leg room seemed much tighter on the way home My cheese toasty wasn’t that hot - didn’t realise till half eaten

3 hours delayed Don’t understand why when you have paid for ‘speedy boarding’ they call you forward to then make you stand fir another 20 minutes in a confined space before boarding the plane.

Would have liked the plane to leave on time so I didn’t miss connection upon arrival. Some pathetic excuse as to late departure bought about by easyJet incompetence

Nothing flight was on time, and we boarded and disembarked easily

Cons: "There is literally no way to contact this company, even with the pandemic going on, to cancel this flight. I tried so many times and different ways."

We checked in 4 luggage and only got 3 back & lost our 4th luggage. Our flight was from berlin sept 22. We arrived Copenhagen but only received 3 luggage. Missing 1 still 24 hrs after our arrival and our Cruise will be leaving tomorrow 9/24/2023. This is the second time that our luggage gets lost/delayed in Copenhagen

No food on plane.. flights scheduled 55 min..everything is very expensive on aeroport

Filthy plane, obviously not cleaned properly between flights, food crumbles in seat and carpet

Smallest seat I have ever seen. And they had a label with more Legroom but in fact where really tiny.

No cancellations but one flight delayed due to arrival airport industrial action. Comfortable

I was held-up at boarding by rude employee who insisted that I had to wait until all other passengers had boarded the lane before issuing me a boarding pass so I can board the plane. I could not check-in earlier and get a boarding pass since I had flown directly from Dusseldorf.

Pros: "The flight was fine."
Cons: "Super delayed. I arrived in Vienna at night with no further outbound flights because of the delay. Also, the airline will not accept responsibility for the missed connection so Im done with Eurowings."
Pros: "It flights themselves were fine. A 45 minute delay sucked though."
Cons: "Service & Notification. The airline switched my itenerary without alerting me which made me miss a connection. The resulting troubleshooting with the airline has been non-existent. I will not fly Eurowings again."
Pros: "Seat was very comfortable. Crew was excellent"
Cons: "The warm sandwich with the snack was just OK; rest of food was pretty good"
Pros: "The flight was pretty smooth considering it was a small plane."
Cons: "I did not appreciate having to give my hand luggage into the hold which meant that I did not have any money to purchase any drinks on the flights and I was also sitting next to an overweight man which made it very tight for space."

Little more legroom would have been nice. But it's a very short flight, so it was fine really.

Pros: "Premium seats and service make flying so much more comfortable."
Cons: "Boarding and leaving on time."
Cons: "Service at CheckIn was the worst I've ever received. The staff exuded no compassion, empathy or interest in trying to help me. I had to buy an extra checked bag and instead of giving my options clearly, they gave me a run around (do it online, call our customer service, refund your ticket at our service desk - all false). I did not appreciate that lack of competence or interest and as such will not be transacting business with Norwegian again. Furthermore, the crew on the airplane did not check on me or my row of passengers the entire flight. No water, no cookies, nothing! This was the worst display of airline service I ever seen!"
Pros: "Boeing Dreamliner was amazing. Very comfortable even in economy. Boarding very easy. We left and arrived exactly on time."
Cons: "You have to buy your own food and drinks. Priced on the high side. Bring your own sandwich and drinks."
Pros: "Crew was friendly"
Cons: "No inflight entertainment like we were supposed to have. No snacks, and 30 meal was small and terrible."
Cons: "Again it was not made clear about self transfer. While booking it should be clearly stated if a flight is or is not self transfer"
Pros: "They were polite"
Cons: "The leg room was terrible and the plane was hot."
Cons: "Letting me check in after my connecting flight on Iberia. I was there 1 hour before take off and the flight was closed for check ins. You cost me $500 extra dollars. It’s unacceptable and should have never been sold the flight on kiwi if your rules didn’t support me boarding the flight. I feel robed"
Pros: "Seat was comfortable, crew was attentive, entertainment was sufficient."
Cons: "I was not even offered a beverage. On a 10 hour flight, one should at least be given a beverage or snack."
Pros: "Newness of plane"
Cons: "Terrible food choice, ran out of food, no options based on diet restrictions, dirty plane, terrible attitude from flight attendants,"
