When picking up I fave the agent a voucher for the rental but I charged a 2nd time. I paid for full coverage insurance, my hubcaps got stolen and I have just received an invoice for the cost of replacing the hubcaps. This is not what I expected having paid the insurance premium. Will never rent from Woodford again. A rental that should have cost just over $300 is now costing me over $1000.

Checking took over 30 minutes and we were the only people there. The woman at the desk was great, but the vehicle was not delivered ready.

I am a frequent traveller for the last 25 years and usually renting cars. This is the best rental car experience I have ever had. Staf a really friendly ( I used two locations, Johannesburg & Cape Town airports. Always trying to assist you).

Had a great experience. Checking in at the airport to collect our car was fast and seamless (plenty of cars were available to choose from) and there was no haggling or change in my rate. The drop off process was also seamless. We were unloaded and had a final receipt within minutes. Would definitely rent from them again!
