Pros (+) While this is not a 5 star hotel, the owners' hospitality makes up for it in spades. He was incredibly gracious and hospitable and I would recommend anyone passing through to stay here. At $50/night, you just can't beat it. The weekend I was there was the weekend of a marathon. One of the guests mentioned that the marathon started early and the owner decided to get up early and start coffee and op...
Cons (-) The rooms are not 5-star rooms, but they are cozy and for $50, what more can you ask. The owner actually mentioned that since he acquired the place, they closed a bunch of the rooms and they are going through them room by room to re-open them based on higher standards. So, they are moving in the right direction with it.
