Cons (-) The rooms are not 5-star rooms, but they are cozy and for $50, what more can you ask. The owner actually mentioned that since he acquired the place, they closed a bunch of the rooms and they are going through them room by room to re-open them based on higher standards. So, they are moving in the right direction with it.
