Direct bus routes to Murrayfield Rugby Stadium, Edinburgh International Conference Centre, and the Royal Botanic Gardens. The house is set in a conservation area (Waverley Park) of similar imposing Victorian properties and has the use of the local locked communal private gardens with a key available to guests.
