Pros (+) Staff were very accommodating and wanted me to have the best stay I could. They were very hospitable and nice to deal with.
Cons (-) I had a bad experience in one room and got bed bug bites, they were shocked and moved me to another. Then a few nights later there was a cockroach by my bedside table when I woke up one morning. I moved out.

Cons (-) I checked the website to see if I could bring my dog and it said they were permitted, then at the counter was a sign stating only service dogs allowed. Not good!
