Pros (+) The gentleman at the counter was not an issue as I was checking in.
Cons (-) The place seemed unclean. I didn’t want to touch anything. It’s not a place I could bring my friends, potential clients. The way it felt and what another desk agent said is that the comfort inns are more like motels. I didn’t stay the night there because it was too uncomfortable. i hope I get my money back.

Cons (-) Even with the reservation there was no room available when I arrived. Worked with getaroom for over an hour but they were no help. Finally found a room myself. I will never book though getaroom or their partners again. Second bad experience in a row....

Cons (-) No small refrigerator in room.
