Pros (+) A room was available.
Cons (-) Bathroom and room had a very nasty odor. Remodel job looked like it was given to the lowest bid. Outside of building was dirty. Weeds over-grown, garbage cans over flowing, a group of “tenants” grilling out and drinking beers (including the front desk worker) outside around the corner as a 10 year old girl watches the lobby (another tenant) while playing on her ipad.
