Car Rental

Not only is rental car service often the most affordable option, but travelers are also able to set their own schedules making last minute changes to their itinerary as desired. On the left side of the main terminal, Alamo/National, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, and Hertz all have reservation desks. Cars are a quick walk from the terminal, and most companies will bring the cars right up to the terminal entrance door to make things easy.

Public/Ground Transfer

Route 20 of Metrolink provides public bus transportation from Quad City International Airport to Centre Station where other forms of transportation are available. It should be noted that the bus only runs after 6pm on weekdays if there is strong demand from the airport passengers, otherwise buses run every thirty minutes from 6am to 9pm. On Saturdays, the bus runs every half hour from 8:40am to 6:10pm. One-way bus fares are 80¢ for adults, 40¢ for seniors and children under 12, and children under 5 are free. Passengers must have exact change.

Airport Shuttles

Currently, there are no airport shuttles. Passengers needing shuttle service must look into hiring a chauffeured shuttle from one of the area's limousine companies.

Limousine Services

Travelers who want to ride in luxury can book limos with Act II, Airport Express, QC Chauffeurs, or Top Hat. Limousine service is more expensive, but it is the most comfortable means of transportation with ample leg room and plush seating. Limousines wait outside of Exit 7 and can be reached via the transportation phone bank located near baggage claim. With both limousines and extended Hummers or vans, large groups are easily accommodated.

Taxi Services

Lucky Cab and Max's Cab are both licensed by the airport. Taxi service is more expensive than public transportation, but there is no need to make additional stops for other passengers which helps reduce travel time.
