Close to Bourbon Street without the noise
My key card kept getting disconnected!
A little small but great location and value for the money
I was mugged in front of the hotel and the staff could not have cared less.
The staff was very friendly and the room size was perfect for a business trip. The front desk representative Brittany was very professional and extremely helpful.
loved the location, staff friendly and helpful
they could use some fitted sheets. the bottom sheet never can close to staying tucked in....
The location of the hotel was great and everything was stylish and clean. The price was very economical and staff was courteous and helpful.
The only drawback in my opinion was space. The rooms were extremely small; however, I knew that judging from the pictures and based on the price, it was a sacrifice I was willing to make.
Lots of hidden charges, $92.00 between parking and hotel fees on top of what is charged by Kayak for a 2 night stay.
My family stayed here for two nights and it was great. The hotel was convenient to just about everything. The staff was friendly. Really nice and clean hotel and rooms. Definitely will stay there again.
Trying to find a place to park to unload your luggage was not fun.
I liked the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. The bed was pretty comfortable as well.
The hotel was a little older and noise from the hallway was a little louder than I would have liked.
We arrived earlier than check in time and they accommodated us immediately. When we requested extra pillows and towels they had them to us immediately. They were happy to help with directions and sightseeing. Very friendly staff and beautiful facilities. The rooms were clean and the parking was easy to get to.
Staff was very customer oriented and nice. Very welcoming and helpful with directions. We needed to upgrade room and had trouble with our safe and both were fixed immediately with first class attitude.
Hotel rooms are small but clean and good maid service. Hotel is in perfect location between French Quarter and Warehouse district. Close to Canal and shopping.
Recently renovated, everything looked great.
Room was interior, without a window. Not enough towels, weird pillows, no blanket.
My bf and I stayed here for three days and it was great. We had everything nearby. The PJs in ghethe lobby was great for a quick snack and my bf loved that the place had a gym. Overall, great stay.
When I arrived they gave me a room that already had someone in it. I walked in on two women changing and almost spilt my guts. Never gonna go back
homeless people begging out side hotel
asked that reservations be canceled because my train was running so late it would be 2 am getting in and had to be back at station for 6. was told no. we got into new Orleans at 255 am. would NOT refund or even consider helping. will NOT ever suggest this place to anyone I know. rude and uncaring ..
The street cars ran all night and were very loud. Also the location is on the major artery to garden district off canal.
Noise all night
There were hidden fees. When we arrived they charged us a mandatory resort fee AND required our visitors (i.e. make up artist and hair stylist) coming to help us get ready a fee to get a wristband to enter the property. The first lady tried to charge $35 each/per day but we finally found another guy to only charge $10. This could be due to the fact that it was mardi gras time but these hidden fees sucked! Housekeeping also sucked. I needed an extra towel to wash my hair, each day, plus a towel for the floor and they did NOT want to give me more than 2 big towels. Overall, this put a damper on our experience.
