Overall a pleasant stay. The staff at the front desk was very pleasant, specifically Lakeisha was really fun, nice and helpful! The location was great and a short walk to the aquarium, restaurants and shops. We got a city view room which gave us a great vantage point of downtown Cincy. Pros (+) The hotel still had that "like new" feel to it. All the amenities seemed brand new, from the rooms to the lobby. The breakfast was really good. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of downtown Cincinnati and also many of the attractions in Newport.
