Great location, many restaurants nearby, easy check in and out. Convenient parking. The room was acceptably clean but not pristine. When I asked the clerk if they had any EV charging parking spots, he didn't know what I was talking about! After explaining that there are cars that run by battery and need to be recharged, he said, "Oh we don't have any charging spots". Luckily my car is a hybrid so I didn't need to recharge.

Cons:For as long as I can remember (and I have been staying at this hotel for many years), this hotel has had a free parking. Its parking lot is huge, and parking there is rarely (if ever) difficult to find unlike the many other hotels which are either much closer to or in the City of Boston. Recently, however, the hotel installed gates around and parking meter stalls at the entrance of the parking lot, by which means the hotel is now able to charge for parking (as of this writing, $14 per night for guests). For me at least, much of this aging and somewhat out-of-date hotel’s appeal has been the free parking that it offers to its guests. With that free parking now gone, this hotel’s appeal all but disappears. When I asked the front desk the reason the hotel is now charging guests for parking, I was told that this prevents non-guests from leaving their cars in the lot. Fair enough, I guess, and fair enough for the hotel to want to make a little more profit off of those who wish to park there who are not guests. I get that. However, I advise this hotel to not nickel and dime it’s already-paying customers.

Pros:This hotel is huge. But it as great place to stay outside the city of Boston. It’s only a short trip into the city from this location. Bed was super comfortable.
Cons:Just a warning. They charge you to park your car. It’s an additional fee of $11.

Pros:Where's the free internet?? Try to log in and there's a charge of $12.99. Cheeping out and false advertising is not the way to acquire repeat customers, Very upsetting!

Cons:Given the price of hotel $300 for one night and the suburban location expected more. Room, 466 was an extraordinary ling walk from lobby. The hotel is poorly designed. Nothing was free. Had to pay $11 for the internet, no free coffee or hot water in the lobby. Housekeeper was knocking on our door at 8:30 in the morning then opened the door when we didn't respond soon enough. They leave an envelope in the room to remind you to tip housekeeper. I generally don't stay at Marriots so maybe they do this everywhere. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. Seems like this is something the housekeeper should notice and report. Would not stay here again.

Pros:After a 13 hour drive I would've slept on a cardboard box but what I got was heaven! The staff was beyond nice & very personable. The girl that check me in asked what I wanted in a room. Didn't demand or just give me a room. Made my first trip to Boston the best & set the bar extremely high.
Cons:Would have been nice to have a guide to what was around the hotel. Being from out of state my wife & I had no clue what was around the hotel without having to do some investigation. Also, having to pay for wifi was a tad annoying.
