Pros (+) I like the free breakfast and free parking. For us it is in a very convenient location to come and visit our daughter. It is a clean, quiet and comfortable place which suits our needs at a reasonable price. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with our request that the worn sheets on the bed be replaced.
Cons (-) The sheets on the bed were very old, thin and had little balls or pills that were uncomfortable. They need to invest in new sheets. The location is not close to downtown Ottawa.
