Different Pointe of View was great! It is pricey but the food was very good. The view is incredible and I recommend eating at sunset or the night time. Do plan accordingly because dinner took 2 and a half hours for 3 courses. They space out the courses nicely as to not feel rushed or too full.

So many kids running around the pool and splashing. The adult only pool was full so was forced to use the falls pool. If you have a room with a view be sure you wear flats/comfortable shoes you will have to climb up hill a ways to get to your room. They have a free shuttle but be sure to call way ahead of time. It made us 15 min late for our dinner reservation. The "falls view" was not worth the upgrade. You couldn't see the falls you just got a great view of the pool and all the noise.

It was close to a lot of shopping (we were school shopping as well) and restaurants

The tub didn't drain! I hate standing water while I'm showering, the wall on one side of the bed was full of black marks.

Hotel is nice overall..lots of swimming pools along with the water park which was fun!

Love the water park and dining options on the resort.

Our room wasn't ready at check-in, but they more than made up for it with a room upgrade.

This is a great place to go with kids! Lots of attractions close the hotel.

We loved the many options of pools. Also, this was the best exercise facility ever! The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

I was allowed to check in early. The room was nice.

I did not know there was a resort fee, not surprised but did not know. The cardio in the fitness center was good. More weights and pin loaded machines are needed. It could also use a Jacuzzi. One pool in the resort should be designated adult only.

Rooms and bathrooms were fantastic as we were in rooms that had just been renovated. We had dinner there and it was a great experience.

Wish they had a free airport shuttle as it is not that far from the airport

Phoenix was the meeting point for our family coming in from three different airports for an overnight stay for our trip to Hawaii. This is a phenomenal resort that I was able to get at a phenomenal price. Everyone (all 12 of us) would like to go back here for several days in the near future.

I spent most of my time at the Cabana pool. The staff was amazing. The pool was gorgeous. With the breeze and abundant shade provided by Palm trees and umbrellas there were a couple of times I was a actually chilled, despite the fact it was 108 degrees

My room was in one of the cottages. The setting was lovely, and very old Phoenix. Yet the room itself was very modern. I really enjoyed my stay. I had intended to stay at the Royal Palms, but the Biltmore's price was about half. The Royal Palms is lovely, and intimate. But both are a Phoenix instiution, and the Biltmore is the loveliest large resort in which I have every stayed.

It is beautifully decorated and in a good location.

The room was a gift for my son's wedding. The girl at the check in desk seemed a bit confused. She asked me a number of questions twice event though I answered them. I booked through a third party and they locked my son out for the second night.

He had to go to the desk to get a key. They wanted him to pay the hotel fee that I had already paid for two nights. The flowers I had just purchased were dead....I left them alive. My son and wife had a good time at the lazy river and enjoyed their stay but my hope was that it would have been flawless.

Prices are average price per night of stay and may not include taxes and fees. "Total" includes our estimate of the taxes and fees. Please verify the total cost on the provider's site before you complete your reservation. Prices and availability are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We aggregate tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car hires can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.

More questions or if you have a bad price to report to us
Please send us an email and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
