Pros:
Could not cancel the trip when the wrong date was booked. Was forced to pay $125 for a one day rental as they would not honor the original rate. Saw many others at this location getting scammed by the front desk. I will never go to Sixt again. I ended up wasting over $250. Horrible experienceCons:
Clearly define cancelation policies. Allow for immediate cancelation or within 2 hours of dates were incorrect. Sixt was not friendly and clearly trying to get money out of every customer7.6 Good

They tried to sell us additional (expensive) insurance and insisted I sign a contract in Croatian (which I do not speak). I had to ask for a contract in English.National
