Front desk clerk was very disrespectful and was unprofessional and had knowledge of customer courtesy. They would not let us have two queen beds because we paid for out room through Priceline. They told me they had plenty of queens bed rooms available.
Nice sized room, comfortable bed, newer TV, refrig. and microwave, sink outside bathroom, better than average continental breakfast
After long day's drive, it was stressful to find our reservation couldn't be quickly handled at the desk because Priceline's credit card had wrong price. It took a phone call from us to Priceline to straighten it out on their computer.Convenient location just off Interstate exit. A little difficult to understand desk attendant from India. Nice, inviting lobby. Big indoor pool should be ideal for a family. Very helpful gal in breakfast area made for pleasant experience.
The location was good. That was about it.
Extremely dirty. Our bed had white stains on the comforter in several spots. I would like to think it was sour cream... but I doubt it. I called the front desk to have it changed but they would do nothing. We booked this hotel on Priceline and arrived late. The sign on the front desk read 'Alert! Alert! Alert' If somebody calls and says they are calling from the Front Desk and they need your Credit Card information, do not give it to them. This is a scam....'. At this point I was starting to question what we were in for. We were sent to the end up the hall and up some thread bare stairs to the second floor. The hotel was dated, carpets worn but we were tired and it wasn't looking too bad until we entered the room and found several suspicious 'white stains' on our comforter. I called Priceline and was reassured that I had done the right thing by calling them. I was put on hold while they calle...
Convenient and helpful staff.
No closet.Inexpensive and average.
