Comfort, decor, value.
I was hoping for a warmer welcome upon arrival. We arrived rather late due to a few set backs on the road. Although it was late, I expect a warm and friendly welcome while arriving at your inn. Maybe inform your guests about services or breakfast after an 18 hour drive?
