The sheets on the bed were dingy and did not fit properly on the bed, we had to get up in the middle of night to try and re-tuck in the poorly fitting sheets. The bathroom certainly could have been cleaner. The thermostat on the A/C didn't work. The TV was difficult to operate, it wasn't clear how to get live tv to turn on.

This is a very old set of buildings that have very thin walls where you hear everything - doors slamming, people walking, even talking through the walls. Cons (-) Room overall. This was not worth the price for a Saturday night stay. Walls are thin, bathroom offered no place to sit anything down - couldn’t even hang your wet towel. No closet. Bathroom was a giant room. Our window owned up to a walkway outside. In addition to room issues, it did not seem as though anyone adhered to the policy for masks - even if clearly defined anywhere. Staff should enforce.

Cons (-) We have stayed at Hyatts all over the world. I booked this ONLY because it was a Hyatt and couldn't have been more disappointed. Valet Parking guy was a jerk, the facility was filthy and run down. The Room was dirty, stairs were dirty, the hallway was dirty. We just were at the Hyatt in Cancun and couldn't have had a nicer stay. We usually book Hyatts because we expect them to have a high standard...

Cons (-) After paying over $400 a night being charged to park at $28 a night is ridiculous. The bathroom toilet leaked onto the floor the caulking in tub was peeling and had black mold. Read other reviews and avoid this place. Feds Parker would have been a much better choice as we've stayed there before.

Pros (+) The location is great, close to everything. The staff was pleasant.
Cons (-) The rooms really need to be extensively remodeled, at the very least. It feels like a 50 year old building. Relatively clean, but after this much use, it feels, looks, and smells old. Astonishingly bad value - we paid well over $500/night for a second floor ocean view room. If it had been half that, I would have said it was about right for the money.
